We strive to make your shopping experience perfect. If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist you and will work hard to resolve any concerns. Below is important shipping information about your order:
SECTION 1: When Will My Order Ship & How Long Will It Take?
- We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
- We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and ChinaPost for shipping. The average transit time is 5-12 business days, but it may vary depending on the carrier.
- Estimated delivery dates are available on the product page. Please note that during special circumstances, orders may be processed through Amazon, which can result in delayed tracking updates.
- Delivery times may also be affected by unforeseen events such as extreme weather or unusual order volumes.
SECTION 2: Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over $19.99 within the contiguous United States. No hidden charges or handling fees—what you see in your shopping cart is the total price.
- In some cases (e.g., returns, exchanges, or deliveries to remote areas), you may need to cover additional shipping costs.
- We do not ship to US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Extra shipping costs will apply if your address is in these areas.
SECTION 3: Additional Information
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
SECTION 4: Tracking Information
- We will send tracking details to your email once your order has shipped. For any further inquiries, contact us at support@cherocar.com.
- If you want to cancel or change your order, please check if it has been processed yet. Once it leaves our warehouse, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
- Please note:
- Tracking is unavailable for orders marked as “Processing.”
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipment.
SECTION 5: Damaged or Defective Items
- If your package or item arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:
- Take clear pictures of the damage or defect.
- Email us at support@cherocar.com with the photos attached.
- We will contact you to resolve the issue and offer the best solution.
